ABOUT ME

I am grateful for my opportunities to travel abroad, it opened my eyes and shaped me in most formative years. I am still integrating the experiences. I live in Sedona, Arizona where I work at a yoga center running the Ayurvedic kitchen and gardening. I am learning so much on so many levels and realize that I don't have to travel across the world to learn or do good things for people. At the moment, my place is here being a part of a community. Whether I'm travelling or not, there is so much to learn.

I'm now hosting people in Sedona and giving back to the CS community that has given me so much.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined CS in 2004 and surfed with people across the US. I have recently become active again and am having a blast hosting people in Sedona.

My dog, Travelling, eastern medicine (Ayurveda, CHinese and Tibetan medicine), yoga, gardening and local food, photography, music, dancing (especially ballet), cooking and nutrition, making medicine, hiking, honoring nature, getting to the real shit and out of the logistical beaurecratical daily obligations.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Ran naked into the black ocean, Saw an elephant walking down the middle of a crowded city street in India...no one blinks an eyelash, spent a magical night or two on the moonlit dunes, on the night of the summer solstice I danced all night through the streets of Seattle, walked a pilgrimage in Spain (El Camino de Santiago), hiked in the full moon.

I learn and teach Ayurveda, a system of medicine from India and am open for more learning and sharing in this area. I am preparing myself to go to school for Chinese medicine and would love to know more from someone whith knowledge in this area. I'm also a cook and am open to recipe sharing.
