My name is Liz I have been couchsurfing for over five years, in this time I have met many fantastic people. I do not host all year round as I enjoy travelling and visiting many of my couch surfer friends, all over the world.

I am blessed to have three fantastic children, two boys and a girl they are the greatest gift of my life!!!

I am a full time fitness instructor working all over the city of Edinburgh, I absolutely love my job, I am crazy for my bike and I love to run around Arthurs Seat a famous landmark in Edinburgh. I am a keen gardener enjoying growing a lot of my own fruit and vegetables. I am also loving kayaking which is a fairly new activity for me

I'd like to think I'm a creative fun loving energetic and active lady. I love life, I enjoy being outdoors (in any weather) travelling, laughing, going to cultural events and socialising with family friends and quality people.
