Music, Movies, and Books

2 books that impressed me most in the last several years are "Atlas Shrugged" and "An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth". Other authors whose books I enjoyed are Steinbeck, Kerouac, Douglas Adams, Strugatskie, Dovlatov, Kaganov. Also I love to read popular science literature.

Music: mostly American and British contemporary indie. Some of my favourite bands are: Libertines (and others Carl's and Pete's projects), Arctic Monkeys, Elliott Smith, Kassabian, White Stripes, The Kills, Sonic Youth, Marylin Manson, Gentle Giant, Radiohead and many others alike.

Movies: mostly movies with IMDB score higher then 8 :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that there's something to learn in every person you meet. And I try not to miss such opportunities. I enjoy listening other people's stories and learning more about the way they see this world and their place in it. Of course, I will gladly share everything I know myself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some experience about learning English and technical subjects, like programming (but I'm myself feel there's a lot more that I can learn myself).

I would love to cook something together. I'm not very good at it, but I enjoy process and have some favourite dishes which sometimes turn out edible :)

Can share my company in many such activities like ping pong, video and tabletop games.
