Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Creating, meeting people, photographing, experiencing new places, listening, observing, playing... as much as I can.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in the UK and then NZ and have lived in Melbourne, Australia and Fukushima and Saitama, Japan.
I love to be out of my comfort zone and in new places, meeting people and experiencing the day to day life. I'd describe myself as a listener and observer, laid back, taking every day as it comes, compassionate and always up for a laugh.
PHILOSOPHY
Be good to people and it will come back around to you. Be the best you can be and aim to make a difference, even if just a small one, to someone or something as often as you can. Keep challenging your thinking and finding inspiration for your creativity.

Music, Movies, and Books
All sorts... blues, dub, acoustic, folk, indie, rock, soul, world, electronica. I love to dance! I usually like dark comedies and independent films and like to read memoirs and books set in real life... stories of struggles and perseverance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some of my favourite experiences while travelling would be... staying with the hill tribes on Sapa, Vietnam.... the beauty of the rice paddy landscape and the kindness and curiosity of the people. Also, whilst living and volunteering in a village in the Rift Valley in Kenya, seeing the determination and truly happy and joyful nature of the people I lived amongst, amazed me.
I wouldn't say an 'amazing' experience, but whilst living in Fukushima, seeing the strength, compassion and resilience of Japanese people during the Tohuku earthquake, left me awestruck.
