ABOUT ME

Well, I am a pretty cool lady I'd like to think. I'm typically quite amicable and friendly. I've always loved traveling and have meant to sign up on CS for a long time, but since I'm a student in Germany now I'll have to wait to host until I return to Portland, OR. I study German and Art History and sometimes fancy myself as an artistic individual. I like to hang out and drink, I'm a smoker trying to quit and I always enjoy an afternoon coffee. I like music (who doesn't) I intend on learning how to play the guitar, I play the harp but lately my instrument has lived at my parent's house. More about me: you'll just have to experience it I guess.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to meet more people in life, and sure i could stay at a hostel or hotel- but this is what I want to work toward in my own life, meeting people and sharing time and experiences. Obviously I'm interested in meeting people with similar interests/ideology- but not necessarily always. Meeting people I would never otherwise come in contact with is much more important, I think.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Visiting the village in Slovakia where my grandparents were born and reconnecting with family. Watching the sunrise on a boat in the middle of the atlantic. blah blah, eating my breakfast this morning... it was cookies.
