CURRENT MISSION

Like a lot of peoples' it's to take over the world, but I'll settle for a decent carreer in geology or oceanography or biology wth the aim of doing something to help the environment.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very positive person, Although I like to experience a full range of emotions every day. So you'll often find me ranting or moaning about one thing or another, but you can be pretty certain that I'll be enjoying that rant or moan to the fullest.

I think the best way to tell people about yourself is to say what you love. I think it says a lot about a person, so here are a few things that I love:

I love the rain, I think it's the best weather (second only to storms) and I don't understand why anyone would use an umbrella over just letting the rain fall on their head.

I love when a certain smell takes you back to a certain place in your past. Like the smell that reminds me of when I used to go hunting for ladybirds in the school fields. Whenever I smell it, I'm 5 again.

I love just sitting by the sea and appreciating how unimaginably immense it is.

I love learning, especially when it's from people around you.

I love experimenting with strange combinations of food. The best I've found so far is jalapenos and ben and jerry's berry berry ice-cream from the odeon.

I love life, I think life is an amazing gift and every experience I have, good or bad, is something to be cherished.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything I have belongs to those who share their time. I have nothing that belongs entirely to me other than that which I perceive, and my perceptions I share freely.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I've only just joined I wouldn't say I've participated much yet, but I intend to get some couch surfing done and to have my couch surfed.

Studying the history of life on the planet, making music, playing with fire (poi, staff, breathing etc...), reading and procrastinating.

Música, películas y libros

Movies, my favourite would have to be horror in the attic, such a weird film, the plot seems to jump around a lot in a really surreal way.

Music, I love music, I think if I had to pick a genre it'd be metal, but to be honest you can't decide whether music is good based on the genre, you just have to listen. I try to make music too, I'm new to it but it's going well for me.

Books, my favourite by far is good omens by pratchett and gaiman. Possible the funniest book I've ever read.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I do fire staff, poi and a few times have done fire breathing. So I could teach someone the basics but would benefit from the guidence of someone more experienced.

I go power kiting, so If anyone would like to learn how to fly a power kite I'd be more than happy to teach them. I've only recently started to used my kite board, but hopefully by the time someone surfs my couch I'll be able to teach that too.

In the past, astrology is something I have taken a great interest in, so I'd be more than happy to share my knowledge of that.

I also have a large collection of crystals, so if anyone has an interest in crystals from a spiritual or scientific point of view, I should hopefully be able to help out with that.

I would love to learn how to speak another language. I can only speak english, so if anyone is willing to teach me the basics of any language really, that'd be great :-D
