ABOUT ME

I'm 30 years old from Canada and have spent the past few years living in Asia and South America. I spend my summers tree-planting in BC, and then try to escape on a new adventure. I spent a few years teaching English in South Korea and traveling SouthEast Asia. After that I taught in Ecuador and traveled parts of South America.

I'm new to couch surfing so I'm still learning about ways to participate!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only C'surfed through Germany but all of my experiences were amazing. My hosts were really friendly and relaxed. It was easy to co-ordinate our schedules, do things on my own as well as meet up with the host when they were free.

Interests

I'm interested in traveling, music, reading, outdoor activities/sports and trying new things and seeing new places. I'm always down for a new adventure and being spontaneous.

When it comes to music I like most things, give everything a chance and am generally not picky.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking Mt. Kinabalu in Borneo was a 2day trek I did with my sister that was unreal. It was an intense rocky incline to the rest stop where we spent the night. We woke up before sunrise to hike to the summit and have breakfast watching the sun rise above the horizon. It was a hard trek that was worth it at the top.
