I tend to keep to myself when travelling, but will happily feed you and share stories.
Anything even loosely referring to 'adventure' and I'm in.
I am a very hyper/fidgety person and am easily fascinated with mundane things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will make you restaurant quality food. I've worked at a number of different places/kinds of food: French, Cajun/Creole, Japanese (I was a sushi chef, but make kickass ramen too), Chinese, Italian. I am an accredited Sommelier with the Master Court of Sommeliers so wine pairings as well.
Also, I've got some pretty good stories and good house manners. I'm a very clean person and will be happy to do some housework.
