I’m a Canadian-raised guy who lives and works in San Francisco where I help design AI chips. I love exploring cities and nature alike; the pandemic slowed this down the past few years but trying to get back into it and challenging myself with new experiences.

This includes getting out of my comfort zone to meet fellow travelers from all walks of life and listen to their stories. So don’t be a stranger, say hi :)

Hiking is a favorite activity of mine that I’m trying to get back into. Love being blown away by beautiful vistas.

Trying to slowly get back into skiing. Also tried out karaoke recently and had a blast!

🎥 Films 🎥

Big film fanatic, especially the award-favorite types that really hit at the emotional core of the human experience. Fav 2022 movie: TÁR; I’ve seen it 10 times in theaters across 3 different cities! Aftersun was also superb.

Other fav films: There Will Be Blood, Blue is the Warmest Color, Drive, Office Space, any Tarantino film

🎶 Music 🎵

Music-wise, I’m mostly into electronic stuff. Also vibe with dream pop and synth-y stuff and anything with a dramatic and sometimes melancholic feel to it. And you can’t beat the classics from classic rock to 80s new wave.

📚 Books 📚

Don’t do as much reading as I should, but when I was younger I absolutely loved Stephen King novels. His characters are so real and relatable.
