About Me
I am currently doing a round the world trip with my fiancee. I enjoy life, being with people, good food, drinks, music and all the little things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to travel is to crash on someone's couch. I've been doing that for some time already, especially while studying. I know people living here and there all over Germany and occasionally someone is abroad.
For our round-the-world-journey we want to take it to the next level. Traveling is not only about sight-seeing and going ooh and aah - it's about experiencing culture. Is there a better way to do so than to stay at people's homes?
As long as we are still here, you're invited to stay with us and maybe tell us something about your home country and why we should visit it.
Interests
I used to sing bass in a choir called "Die Polyphoniker" (the polyphonics). They do a wide variety of genres including international traditionals, pop, musicals, and (as our leader insists) also classical music. Link (german): http://polyphoniker.de.vu/
Had to quit though, because I am travelling now. Mayb I'll buy a guitar...
I like board games, including complicated ones. My favourites are Mafia, Space Alert and The Resistance.

Music, Movies, and Books
That's a tough one. When it comes to music, I would never commit myself to any one genre. Music has to fit the mood. I enjoy going to rock concerts. But when I'm at home after I had a long day, I also like Enya or movie scores.
Movies: Most main stream movies are crap and I'm not gonna lie. I like inventive movies that surprise me somehow. I also used to go to sneak previews to see some of the movies I'd have never heard of otherwise (and a whole lot of trash gems and actual trash).
Books: I used to only read popular science stuff, but sometimes some fantasy sneaks into my reading list (like game of thrones).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm a member of the Vatican City State's national team for competitive male pole dancing.
