I left my Germany 10 years ago to travel the world as a diving instructor. Until this year, i was stuck in Asia and visited Thailand for 1 year, 5 years i Sent in Indonesia and 4 years in the Philippines. If Covid would never have happened, maybe i would still be there. But i am super happy, that i finally made it to the other side of the globe. I just arrived n Mexico in October 2020 and i am loving it so far. The food and the people are great and i love the diving too. i also love the selection in the supermarkets - it's mindblowing as i have been living on small island with no cars or supermarkets for the past 9 years :o)
I love sports and do something on a daily basis. Gym, badminton, diving and i started kitesurfing 3 years ago in Malapascua, but i wasn't able of doing it again as i was either busy with diving or there wasn't any breeze. Here in Mexico i can start again, as there is a lot of breeze so far and apparently its a great spot for kitesurfing - can't wait to do it again :o)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know how it is to not have enough money and travel alone. Its great if you can stay with a homie who knows the place and is able to give tips. plus you also safe some money on accomodation :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to pretty much all kind of music....just surely not into that cheap chart- boy/girlband shit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many.....but one of the most amazing thing i have done, was a 3 week liveaboard in east indonesia with amazing experiences with nature above and under the water - its been mindblowing!

I can teach diving and German and i can surely share a shitload of travelling stories, as i was also travelling during my years of studying excessively :o)
