About Me

My wife Ramona (https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/2009560805) and I love to travel and get to know people and cultures. We live in Munich and have a large circle of friends. We love our city and know our way around it very well. We also love to travel and meet other people.

When I was very young I had an adult friend who told me that the only thing that mattered was being a good person when you died. In the course of my life I have noticed that it is even more important for me to make the world a better place. Couchsurfing is an opportunity for me to work on it.

I love meeting people, inspiring them and being inspired. To exchange thoughts, to develop ideals and to strive for them. But above all, it is very important for me to share things and help others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get to know other people and to get an insight into their authentic life and to learn something from their language. I like sharing very much and want to share as much as possible with other people. For me is it some kind of love to all humans to do so.
I also believe that when the right people come together something much bigger can happen. Couchsurfing is a platform that makes this possible.
For me, the good Couchsurfers are more interested in the people than in the couch.

Interests

Playing piano just for myself, Cello as well (in short making and listening to music), reading, walking, talking, listening, learning!, making friends, meeting people, learning, share experiences, being thankful, being open to new things, thinking, learning again, resting, drinking caffè and maybe everything else

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to books of Nassim Nicholas Taleb, but reading in general. Everything what helps me to learn and understand is welcome. :)
I am addicted to classical music, especially organ music. My favorite composers are Bach, Rachmaninoff, Messiaen, and a lot more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Founded a company, closed it and work today just for me... But at least, I'm living and meet a lot of people in my everyday life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching German or other languages I speak, Software Development, how to learn languages efficiently and everything what I am currently learning (because teaching is the best way of learning ;))

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to spend time with you but if you are not interested, it's ok for me. We can do nice things together and learn from each other. I'm curious to get you know.
I like freedom for everyone and this means that we can always decide what we want to do or not. But I am sure that everyone will benefit when we meet.
I'm also very spontaneous. This means that we find something what we can do together. I like to find solutions. So, if there is something for you, what I can do for you, let me know.
And last but not least: I'm flexible.
