ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Germany, I have been living in the USA, for 21 years, Madison, Wisconsin, Ann Arbor Michigan, and Boston. Traveling is my passion - I'm grateful that I have had the chance to visit over 50 countries. My goal is to visit at least one new country every year. I always try to learn what life is like in the countries I visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Camino de Santiago - a 4-week pilgrimage in Northern Spain from the Pyrenees to Santiago de Compostela.
In College in Munich I was a taxi driver. Loved it.
I was a finalist in the Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking in 2005 in Toronto.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to teach at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Now work for the Univ. of Michigan.
Would be happy to share how to cook a meal, e.g. Schnitzel or Quiche. Always looking to learn how to make a new dish.
