About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Hi! My current mission is unknown. - Here I wrote an essay but deleted it, for that it started to make no sense. In short: I'm a philosopher.
ABOUT ME
Student, that's who I am. We all are, I guess, since in life, we're always learning.
PHILOSOPHY
I think we should try not to refuse a challenge. Though you might want to quit it half-way there, and you feel super-exhausted and overwhelmed by an uncomfortable situation; stick it through. You'll only become richer in experience, wisdom and maturity.
Beside that "life philosophy" above, I am very interested in political philosophy and ideology.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Why are we here? Take that as a question involving everything. Why we are alive and what we are living for (I don't know). It is nice tho, to be alive and being able to invite strangers to our homes.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Positive! So far surfed only in West-Africa, South Europe and Middle East. Loved most of it, though with two bad experiences regarding hosts that didn't have respect for women :-(
Interests
Wow - what a big question. I take interest in most things, except football.
I love food (vegan!), going on adventures, exploring new places, reaching goals, world history, and I love warm temperature (but I live in Iceland.............what a self torture).
- dining
- vegan
- gardening
- drawing
- soccer
- history
- philosophy
- mountains
Music, Movies, and Books
I love books, music & movies that make me think about life, connect to my emotions and make me see the world from a new perspective.
Reads: non-Hollywood stuff :-D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Me and two friends hitchhiked from Istanbul to the Iranian mountains. That took two weeks on the road, amazing two weeks. The goal was set to reach the Valley of Assassins, which we did.
Then we ended up in a cherry garden where we were allowed to have some. Best thing ever.
Teach, Learn, Share
The world is an oyster.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories, draw portraits of them or give an amazing back massage!
