About Me

Hosting now is very difficult as I quit my job and want to get a boat and open up a dive center (obviously not in Switzerland). So hosting and replying will be a big challenge for me. As of now, we can't plan much in advance and often will be travelling to get things organised.

I love to meet up with people, go for walks, do taekwondo, do swimming,... I am a very acitve and sometimes a bit crazy person and not sitting at home that often.

I appreciate people who look at my profile before contacting me. So please go through my whole profile 1st! If not, I am not
interested in meeting and/or hosting you. In my opinion the profile is important, as you need to know about the person before meeting/hosting.
I won't accept any request from somebody who is staying in the same place as I am. Please don't tell me later on that it was a mistake and you don't know how to use couchsurfing (it is so simple!).
If you send me personalized messages, chances of getting hosted are much higher.
I don't reply to good morning messages or messages just containing one word from people I haven't met.
I am a very active person (which means, I can be out and busy from 6am-10pm at certain days.) If you can't cope with this and need quiet time at home, I'm not the right person. If possible I can include you in the activities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the concept of Couchsurfing. Staying with locals really makes a difference. You get to know the culture so much better.
Life is about "giving and taking" as we say in German and Couchsurfing represents that really nicely.
