I am currently living and working in Chengdu having the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in the field of renewable energies, in particular biogas and wastewater treatment. I know I can get a little crazy about technologies in this field, so in case we start a conversation about this subject, you are allowed to stop me any time ;) Otherwise it may not end.

Interessi

Like I mentioned, I love renewable energies and especially biogas technologies what I spent work and free time on. Other than that, I love nature: hiking mountains as well as walking on the beach. Can't decide which scenery I like more. Gladly, I don't have to. Number three of my interest-love-list is dancing. I have been dancing since I am 7, all kinds of dance styles from German carnival dancing to Irish dance to ballroom dancing to Samba do Brasil. It makes me happy and lets me forget the bad stuff in case I have an actual bad day. Last but not least, what I am really good in and enjoy very very much is eating! Chengdu is great to live that out. There is good food at almost every corner and that is one reason why I like living here.

Musica, film e libri

Concerning music, I like classical music and everything I can dance to. Even open to head banging, also when my neck is going to kill me the next day. Just death metal - it makes my heart race and causes me to be nervous.

When it comes to books, I like novels especially from the 19th century how I realised when I looked at the authors who have written the books on my shelf. I am always open for a good recommendation, especially books with philosophical, critical, inspiring content.

I have a long list of movies I have watched. I don't see preferences as long as it is good acting and an entertaining story. Okay, maybe that already may be a restriction...
