I am an open-minded and calm person that sometimes needs to warm up at first. Nevertheless, I love to meet people from all over the world, learn about their countries, cultures and share stories and experiences. I have visited and lived in quite a few countries and always appreciate getting in touch with locals and exploring the surroundings together, having drinks or a nice meal in good company.

While traveling New Zealand and Australia, I have stayed with a lot of couchsurfers, and was amazed by their kindness and generosity. I want to give back and give other travelers the chance to crash on my couch and explore my city.

I like all different kinds of music, as long as I can sing along... My favorite movies are the ones that are so intense that I completely get caught in them. I mostly prefer dramas and thrillers, once in a while I can watch a comedy. Something that I cannot stand is horror movies. The best books are the ones that make you stay up all night. I have a rather big selection of books at home and you're welcome to check them out and borrow while you're staying at my place.

I have started traveling. Because once you start, you will never stop traveling. This has brought me so many good experiences, great memories and amazing friends from all over the world. It has broadened my horizon and made me see things from a different perspective.
