ABOUT ME

I love to travel, but unfortunatly I'm currently not travelling as much as I would like to. After my adventures in Canada and Australia, I'm back in Belgium hoping to get to see a lot more of Europe on my weekends off and go on a far a way destiantion during my holidays.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed in the States, while I was on a roadtrip with friends. I really enjoyed it and met so many nice people!

Interests

I love doing fun things, like watching old movies, baking banana bread, making delicious chocolate mousse, listening to music, reading, learning about different cultures, seeing new things, meeting new people, not doing any sales calls, trying to surf and failing at it (for now), wandering around in a new city...

Books: I love reading while traveling; some of my favorite books are: Shantaram!, How to kill a mocking bird,... I still have a lot of reading to do :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2010: Snorkeling for the first time in the great barrier reef
2012: Hike up a Gletscher in Canada with a fractured foot (in a cast), the view was worth it!
2014: See the Gorilla's in Uganda! Sitting on the ground, while a Silverback passes me by
