I'm Stefano Baldini, I'm 25 years old. I came to Aarhus to study for my Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. I studied computer Engineering as well during my Bachelor but in Italy (Cesena). I like to socialize and I don't need alcohol to have fun. It doesn't mean that I don't drink, it's just that I like enjoying what I drink. Same goes for food... well... I'm italian ;P
I like anime and manga. My greatest passion is to draw. I like playing whatever sport. I'm Christian, Catholic to be precise. I'm a good listener. Also about music eheh I play saxophone! And I like whatever kind of music, in particular jazz, classical, rock,... But I hate most of pop music or techno and repetitive music like that. I'm a bit disordered at home but when I have to, I am very careful to not bother. I am clean and I like to keep clean. I'm autonomous, I feel good both with people and alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I subscribed to Couchsurfing because some friends told me so. I was joining them last minute at the Aalborg Karnival. They were already using it and every hostel/hotel was booked. I needed to find somewhere to spend the night so I gave it a try but thanksfully another friend could host me in the meanwhile.
So I never used this service yet but that's how I discovered about it. Now I really want to try because looks cool and I heard good things about it, so let's see :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love fantasy so "The Lord of the Rings" is my favourite. In general I like lot of other genres, not really silly movies. I am also used to watch very artistic or experimental movies and I enjoy them.
I love anime so I watched the mainstreams "One Piece", "Naruto", "Dragonball", "Fullmetal Alchemist", "Death note", etc. but also more niche stuff like "The tower of Druaga" or "30 cm per second".

Fantasy as well for books. But right now I'm enjoying investigative, in particular I'm reading Sherlock Holmes stories. I'm also reading the Bible daily eheh

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been selected for the italian youth national basketball team at first, but I didn't pass the last selection :/ but is still incredible since I had started 2-3 years before. Ok, I was almost 2 meters tall (quite rare for that age) and ok, I was training everyday in one of the best italian teams so there was a reason why I improved so much in such a short time, but still, I am proud of that little success :)

I would like people to find the happiness I found. When you find something beautiful you just want to share it so that also other people can enjoy it as well :) I hope I'll have the opportunity to share with you as well!
