I love running 🏃🏻, I cannot live without that. I think it’s a good way to explode a city and to find new beautiful spots otherwise difficult to reach. Furthermore, running free you from technology and social networks... while running you are “alone”, you and yourself alone, best way to think about your life 🔝
I’m the kind of person that after a full day of work, rather than lying on the couch resting his back, prefers to let off steam gong out for some sports 😤
