About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"If God would appear and ask me: 'Would you like to be the President of USA?' I would answer: 'No'. 'Would you like to be a famous lawyer?' - 'No'. 'What you'd like to do then?' 'Play the rhytm guitar'". [L. Reed, 1967] Simply goals, great life.

ABOUT ME

I always loved foreign languages, people and cultures. The first present I asked to my parents was a world-globe! :)

PHILOSOPHY

I am curious, I love different people & cultures. I like to go deep into things. Do not stop at the surface.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting - when I can, because I travel a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started thanks to a good friend of mine. Now I received some hosts, and (rarely) was hosted. But I felt like "couchsurfer" (philosophically) even before joining officially the project... :)

Interests

I love music (guitar, piano, voice) and am doing an acting school as a hobby :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love different kind of films, above all: films which make me think. And brilliant comedies.
Some of my favourite films: Dead Poet's Society; Big Fish; The Truman Show; About a Boy; Central do Brasil; La vita è bella...

Music: the same as before. It must make me think and feel. I love rock of the 70's, 80's & 90's, U2, Bruce Springsteen, Lou Reed, The Smiths, Clash, The Cure, Simple Minds, Counting Crows, Smashing Pumpkings, Coldplay...

Books: uff... here it's difficult. Many different tastes. The most fluent writing: Manuel Vasquez Montalban. The most intelligent tales: Dino Buzzati. The best romances about our globe (past or future): 1984 & A Brave New World. Poems: Nazik Hikmet, Hermann Hesse, Federico G. Lorca. And so on...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The ones I didn't live yet ;)
