Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I joined CS in 2013. Since now I've hosted three persons.
In summer 2014 I had a trip in USA and Canada, hosted by four different families.
Once upon a time I was a tourist. Then I became a traveller. Now I'm a couchsurfer!
I think that Couchsurfing really gives you the unique opportunity to experience a city, a place with the eyes and the cultural knowledge of people who live there. And for me this is the real reason to travel.
I believe that travelling can be summarized with three verbs: meet, discover and realise. Meet as meeting people, of course. A place would be empty space without people who live and give a meaning to the shapes and objects. Discover as discovering something that you can't know reading a travel guide book or watching in a travel documentary. Realise as realising that the travel changed you, you became someone different (maybe better than before).
