Overview
About Me
Learn German and run a marathon!
ABOUT ME
I'm quite a relaxed and easy-going fellow, studying for my PhD in Energy and plenty of other miscellaneous stuff at the very present moment. Still looking for what I really want to achieve in my life, so I like to get involved in different things and work hard to get the best out of them. I'm usually calm and reflexive, though trying not to take myself too seriously. I love having different people around to hang out, play some music, cook food, chat and discuss with, sharing our different perspectives.
PHILOSOPHY
Trying to look at things from as many points of view as possible, though without falling in relativism. In my opinion a mature person should be able to analyze things from different perspectives and get an opinion out of them, without judging too seriously.
Hard to write in one line.. let's say I try not to forget that we are not eternal, and act accordingly :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've started to "surf" during my academic exchange in Norway, and had great time and great hosts up there. After some great surfing experiences, I had the pleasure to have some guests in my house in Vicenza (Italy). Now I'll be happy to meet you in Lausanne :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I've been hosted during my traveling around Norway, Poland, US, Switzerland, sometimes alone, sometimes in group, and I'm really looking forward to other hosting/surfing experiences.
Interests
I feel like I'm a "student" on every level, I'm curious and love to learn new things, even the most unusual and exotic ones. Thus, I like reading, playing guitar and music in general, traveling, learning foreign languages, hiking, skiing, whatever!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Surviving in Norway after getting lost in the hood while trying to reach a cabin :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd like to improve my guitarist skills, so I'd be happy to teach some basics and learn some advanced stuff. I can teach something interesting about Chinese language (even if I'm an intermediate level), and would love to learn your own one! I'm also into tango dancing recently, so I would love to learn some steps from CSers around!
