About Me

Part time student, worker and musician, I spend most of the time between these activities. I travel whenever I can, wherever I can, however I can. I usually don't judge anyone, just don't be an asshole. It's harder than one may think but it's worth a try.

Currently not hosting anyone, since I don't live on my own for the time being.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted many travelers when I was living by myself, not through couchsurfing but just people I met who needed somewhere to stay since most of them were backpackers and had almost no money. What I thought was doing them a favor ended up being something I did for myself, I got to meet people I never thought I would and made a lot of good, if somewhat short, friendships along the way.
So now that I can travel more often I don't want to miss out on the opportunity of meeting new people and seeing how locals view their hometown!

Interests

Biology, anthropology, environmental sciences, and everything that can be categorized as " out of the ordinary".

Music, Movies, and Books

Steven Wilson, all of Stoner Rock music, Doom metal, most progressive rock, folk music, modern troubadours, basically anything with actual physical instruments in it. I really can't stand electronic music. I don't judge it, I just really don't like it. Or maybe I haven't found the one that I like.

I love animation movies, from Studio Ghibli to scandinavian independents.

I found myself reading anthropology books recently. Not really sure why but I find them very interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once got from San Salvador, El Salvador to Utila, Honduras with a friend of mine with nothing but our clothes and a bottle of rhum (no documents, no money, nothing). Took us about three days, a dangerous trip on a fisherman's boat and a lot of help from random strangers!

Teach, Learn, Share

Not sure if I can teach anything to anyone, I can share my opinion and if you actually learn something from me that'd be a personal improvement!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Mostly talks and experiences. I can and like to adapt to any situation, epecially learning from others. Music and food are big parts of my life, so if anyone shares these interests then it's perfect!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Colombia, England, France, Germany, Guatemala, Ireland, Mexico, Nicaragua, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
