ABOUT ME

How can I describe myself? I am interested in all forms of life although I have more questions than answers. Things are not as simple as some people make out. Then again, some things are less complex than people make you believe: we live in one world and happiness is universal.

PHILOSOPHY

If you look after other peoples' happines, your happiness will follow - but you are responsible for enjoying your own life.

Peoples´ action and behaviour is a product of everything that has come before, so I find the idea of personal choice hard to understand. That being said, every step of your life should be taken as if it is a personal choice.

Things will get worse before they get better.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am not a big fan of the word couch (I prefer to call it sofa) and I'm not a very accomplished surfer but the whole is greater than the sum of the two parts and thus couchsurfing sounds like a whole lot of fun that I wanted to get involved in.

Music: Funk, Soul, Drum n Bass, Jazz, Dub music, Blues, Guarani music, Hip Hop, Leftfield, Dancehall, B Bop, Portishead, Massive Attack, Quantic, Beethoven's 3rd Symphony, and depending on my mood and enebreation I can even fall for some cheesy 80s, hahaha

Films: Motorcycle Diaries, All Pedro Almodovar's films and generally anything non-blockbuster hollywood style (not really enjoying the super violent films that seem to be shown on buses across Latin America!)
