ABOUT ME

Alot of things interest me, I enjoy meeting people and seeing new places. Always keen for a good time. I often find myself in deep thought, i 'switch off' as it were. I try and see everything in different perspectives. This is probably why i enjoy taking photos (of everything) and watching movies. Im someone who likes to plan but also am flexible or even spontaneous and end up doing something completly different to what was planned. I love being surrounded by nature but am fascinated by buildings and structures (which is why i studied construction). Buildings tell a story... walking down a street and seeing different architektual styles from different eras will tell you about the history of that street the type of people that lived there and what its use was. Like all South Africans i enjoy drinking tea with a rusk on my veranda in the mornigs listening to luries and rollers (small birds). Im an active person, i need to do things all the time i cant watch tv. Ill come up with 'wierd' theories of why things are the way they are.

I believe in adaptation. I like to think that life should be like a kite, fly in the wind while remaining attached to a line. Go as far as you can but never forget where you come from.

I collect beer coasters...this is my idea and it going to become a hit, collecting and swaping (just like marbles).

Music, Movies, and Books

I preffer genuine films over commercially driven films.
Im a fussy reader, i quickly get board with a book (as with a film) when i can predict the story, i enjoy short stories allthough some lengthy novels are delightful.

we learn more form our own thoughts than from a text book. nevertheless knowledge should be used as an inspiration.
