I want to experience as much of the world as I can in my lifetime. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, and I love helping them in any way I can whether it's offering them a place to stay, being there as a friend or doing something to help out

Music: listening to a loooooottt of Latin Indie lately. Chicano Batman, Omar Apollo, Cuco, etc. I love sharing music though so gimme all your recs!

Books: Any historical fiction novel is *chef's kiss* (huge shout-out to The Red Tent by Anita Diamant. Also every Lisa See novel)

Movies: if it has one of the following things I'm gonna love it:
1. Food, art, or music as a central theme
2. Takes place in any city outside the US
3. Has nuanced, fleshed-out female, queer AND poc characters
4. Is based on true events/people

So naturally my favorite movie in the entire world is Frida(2007) directed by Julie Taymore
