I am Steffen from Germany, aged 26. Unfortunately I am a bit new to couchsurfing. Since I traveled quite frequently the last years, I am of course familiar to this amazing community, but I`ve never participated. Somehow I decided to stay in hostels during my last trips. What a pity! So I want to change that. Especially because I will travel through the Iran and India the next 2 months and I really want to understand the culture and thoughts of the people living in that area. I hope I am able to meet some people and learn more about their thoughts and of course just having a good time,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since traveling is one of the things I enjoy most, couchsurfing is a great opportunity. Besides seeing new places, I also like to hear new opinions and understand unknown cultures. Therefore meeting other travelers or staying at someone`s place is a great opportunity.

Interests

First of all I am pretty open-minded, so I am always curious about new stuff. Of course as I am German I enjoy sports, especially football. Moreover I am always like to eat and sometimes cook new things. I guess that I like to travel is obvious ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Regarding music I mostly enjoy some pop rock, electronic and again pretty open-minded about other stuff.

The last years I actually prefered to watch series like Game of Thrones, Narcos, House of Cards.

During traveling I normally read a lot. I mostly enjoy thrillers, but during the last years I started to read more and more that enhance my knowledge and mind.
