PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In August 2011 Couchsurfing allowed me to tour Norway for over a week without bankrupting myself. You might say it made the trip affjordable...I travelled around the south of France in February 2011, and had a wonderful time: so many different and interesting people, and a perfect way to discover the cities I was visiting. I also hosted a couple of times in Paris, which was fun in its own way.

Interests

Everything strange about humanity and the universe that makes you scratch you head and think "what?!"

More specifically: I'm an avid follower of politics, law, international relations, social issues, music, literature and British comedy. I love exploring and observing new cities when I'm travelling.

At home I also enjoy gyming, cycling and Ultimate Frisbee-ing. I tried rugby for a bit, but I feared it might break me so I stopped.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fallen out of a plane strapped to a man strapped to a parachute - and lived.

I used to be an English teacher in France, so I can always teach you English and/or French! Apart from that... ever wanted to play the clarinet? (you'll have to supply your own instrument).
