Hi!
I'm Stella. I am a German student who loves travelling and making new experiences. I love languages and I'm glad for any chance to practice them. I grew up in a very small village in western Germany, close to the Dutch Border and to Cologne. After high school, I studied at an Arts Academy in Maastricht (NL) for one year and now, I'm in my second year at the University in Aachen.

I try to think positively whenever I can and to understand other people. I think everything can be viewed from more then one angle and that's what I try to do, because it's really interesting and helps you cope with difficult situations.
I like hanging out with friends but I also enjoy a quite moment from time to time to relax and read. I'm definetly not a party animal, but I do like house parties and I love games evenings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to travel. Sharing and exchanging things is beautiful.

Interests

I love travelling and exploring other cultures (and their food!!). My longest or most interesting experiences were an exchange year in Argentina during high school, in South Africa, where I worked as a volunteer in a childrens home, in Israel, where I've volunteered in a Hostel for seven weeks and in South East Asia where I was backpacking for five weeks.
I really like communication design/graphic design and I enjoy my studies. I invest a lot of time in my projects.
My favourite sport is dancing. I'm not professional but I've always liked it and have tried many different styles.
