About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Start up my new french life

ABOUT ME

I've got a scientific background, I work in Logistics and I'm studying Shiatsu and I'm into Red Cross.
Funny, huh?! ;o)

By the way, I'm very open-minded, I'm a friendly guy who likes to smile and help people to do that.

PHILOSOPHY

If you can't do something at your best, don't do it at all!

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." - Gandhi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Apart of some experiences in Italy, the first "international" experience is when I went to Calgary to my great friend Sheryl's place. We met after 15 years of being penpals: simply amazing!!! I also hosted some people from "Hospitality Club" site.

Interests

Foreign languages, computers (and the Net, of course!), martial arts and everything else wake my curiosity up.

Music, Movies, and Books

All Roberto Benigni, Toto', and Robin Williams' movies. I also like Kurosawa classics (e.g. "Seven Samurai"), good japanese movies and action movies.
I listen all kind of music; music is the soundtrack of my life. In my office you can listen to Pavarotti performing opera and then Pixies or Death by Stereo... ;o)
A great book I've read is "The art to be yourself".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ever believed to get a tarantula in my hand before (see the pic at the "Bug Zoo" in Victoria!).
The eyes of a borana child in Merti (Kenya), are unforgettable!
Recently, during Turin Winter Olympics, stay on the stage during Bocelli and Elisa's performances while training the staff and being at the stadium during Opening anc Closing Ceremonies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn by everyone I see.
And I love to teach, maybe just the way to see a problem by another perspective.
I can share all my experience and background and I love to do that, because I can confront with other cultures, other minds, other souls.
And that's the best way to live!
No more wars if we learn by each others differences.
We could only be better! ;o)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Kenya, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, United States, Vatican City State
