I’m Stephanie, a travel enthusiast & a dancer, and these days I’d describe myself as busy. I’ve been to some 25 countries, and my next destination is Peru 🇵🇪 in March 2024. Right now I’m working on a career transition, so travel is taking a little bit of backseat.

When I’m not working, you can find me on the dance floor. Otherwise I could be camping, spending time with friends, or enjoying adult solitude and peace at home. I enjoy the peace and quiet.

Some of the info on my profile is from years ago, but still fairly accurate. This section is the most updated, and “my home” is also accurate as of 2024. If you’re looking for a place to say for a night or 2, I can help with that. You should read the "my home" section to get a sense of what’s being offered. If time permits, I can also explore LA with you.

My first time really travelling was summer 2015 in Taiwan. Then Spring 2016 I explored 9 countries in Europe mostly by myself. I think this website is a great way to meet people who are also travelling or have traveled. It is a great way to meet locals in the areas that I travel to, hosts that can show me how people live in other parts of the world, and the best places to go in their area. I don't just want to be checking off the tourist spots: I want to live like the locals while I am visiting their country. I think this site provides me with a great opportunity to do so.

Music: I love everything with a beat I can dance to. Preferably with another person.

Teach: I can teach you some Kompa, a very easy Haitian dance. I can also teach you how to make Haitian food: I have yet to meet someone who didn't like Haitian food. I'm also pretty good with hair so if you are a naturalista who needs some tips, I got you. Also, any of the three languages I see I am fluent in I can help you with.

Learn: I am decent at Spanish but I need practice speaking: I get very nervous when I speak. Also, any style of dance you want to teach me I am down.

Share: whatever you want, really. Wisdom? Haitian food: I can give you a recipe if I can't make it for you!
