About Me
FERNWEH
engl. 'distance pain'
It describes the feeling of wanting to be somewhere else. It’s kind of like a reverse homesickness, a longing for a place that isn’t where you are right now.
I want to meet new wonderful people and discover places all around the world..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new on CS. No experiences.
But since I want to get in touch with people who wants to share their experiences with me, I signed up.
Until now, I only was a guest and could host someone. But this first stay was amazing, so that i want to offer my place as soon as possible to others to give them the opportunity for nice experiences in Germany.
*************************** EDIT ********************************
I just had amazing experiences in Denmark and also in Canada! Met great people!
One can be a tourist which is fine, but it's perfect being part of a different culture & livestyle and thus, getting a closer view to people & location.
Interests
meeting family & friends, playing volleyball, swimming, typical shitty winter weather (I love it!), ice scating, being lost in cities I (don't ) know, I love comunicating in different languages, drawing, cooking (eventhough it is mostly the same I'm cooking), laughing,

Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC, I'm always listening to it.. Mostly songs that are played on the radio. But I love:
Arctic Monkeys, Gentleman, Milky chance, Linkin Park, The xx, Mark Foster, OneRepublic, the Neighbourhood, Vincent Vallières, Coldplay, Kraftklub, Joseph Edgar, Casper, ..
Yay, MOVIES ... Eventhough I love watching movies, I somehow haven't watched the so called 'basic stuff'. (Except for Disney Movies, I've watched them all )
The Hobbit, Lord of the Ring, Inception, The holidays belong to my favorites.
And I enjoy watching Big Bang Theory and (BBC)Sherlock.
I'm a bookworm, a coffee and a BOOK is perfect. I love reading books in their original language ( if it's possible) and I prefer real ones made of paper..
Cornelia Funke, Mark Uwe Kling, George Orwell, Tolkien, Simen Beckett, Lewis Caroll, Louis Hérmon, ...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I haven't done the one amazing thing, but I love rembering small details of moments I enjoyed.
Seeing Northern Lights with friends in Norway when they formed a kind of cupola above us, was a petty amazing moment.
