-I love meeting people
-I love talking
-I love dancing
-I love beer
-I love the sun
-I love sports, I LOVE skiing. It's become an obsession really. I also like running, and anything else for fun.
-I love teaching or really just any interactions with kids
-I love art, doing it, learning about it, appreciating it... I love it all
-I love trying new things and going new places even/ especially at home
-most of all I love my family who I currently live with - my Mom, Dad, two younger brothers and the dog.
I think that's a lot of info about me - you have to meet me to find out more!

PHILOSOPHY

You will only get out of something as much as you put into it - you need to jump into opportunities with two feet and experience them to their fullest to get everything out of it.
"Sing like no one's listening, love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching, and live like its heaven on earth.” - Mark Twain

I've been fortunate enough to reap the benefits of surfing some couches in New Zealand. I've also met some awesome travel partners through the site. I have had such awesome experiences with everyone I've met I would love to give back to the organization by providing some of those supports I recieved, here now that I am home.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Little Miss Sunshine, Jesus Christ Superstar, Emporer's New Groove, Dumb and Dumber - at least these are some of the ones I have definately seen the most.
Music: My all time favorite band is the Red Hot Chili Peppers, my other favorites are : Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Tom Petty, Counting Crows, Sublime, the Fray, Augustana, James Blunt, the Beatles, the Tragically Hip, Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters ... the list is prety ongoing, definately NOT stagnant.
And books: by far my favorite list - I love reading - I'm going to instead list some of my favorite authors: Ken Follet, Wilbur Smith, Michael Crichton, J.R.R. Tolkien, David Gemmell, J.K Rowling (I had to throw that in there), James Patterson... theres a few books that must be mentioned: River God (Wilbur Smith), Pillars of the Earth (Ken Follet), Kite Runner (Khaled Hosseini), The Stand (Stephen King)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have got to do, is see the Orange Bowl game in Miami in 2007 - it's an experience not many people have done, and it's awesome. I've been very fortunate to be on some amazing family holidays to Disneyland/ Disneyworld and Mexico, and been on some pretty amazing dives.
I am so fortunate to live just several hours away from the most beautiful mountains in the world so I try my best to take full advantage of them and go skiing as often as possible.
Last year I spent 7 months all over New Zealand, and 3 months in SE Asia. It was so amazing. Too many stories to share. We can discuss these over a beer or coffee!
