ABOUT ME

I am a 27 year old teacher about to set off on a 1 year adventure in the US and Europe. I am friendly, open minded and love meeting new people. I'm keen to get a true taste of how life is in the countries that I visit. I'm very excited about meeting travelers and locals up for fun and enriching experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

To be the best person that I can be without taking myself too seriously. To be open minded and take risks whilst being true to myself. I believe in learning through others and forcing oneself outside of one's comfort zone. I also believe in the importance of enjoying the simple things in life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am brand new to couch surfing but have heard very inspiring stories from others. At this stage I'm looking to surf, but equally look forward to the chance to be a host upon returning to Australia!

Interests

I enjoy many things. Some include: viewing and discussing films, seeing live music, dancing, tasty food, coffee, a good conversation, the outdoors (cycling, bush walking), laughing, making and viewing art, long days on the beach, being pleasantly surprised, connecting with people in unexpected ways..
