Yoga and Meditation are very important to me. I love nature too. Hiking trips are one of my favorite thing to do... I am happy that the older I get I am turning more simply and easy going :-) I used to do Consulting/Project Management working freelance during the last years but now I am also Building my own Coaching Business :-) I cannot host at the Moment because I left my appartment in May 2018 to live as a digital nomad...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I was on a plane from Tel Aviv to Istanbul. Got a bit upset when some people got up when the plane was still taxying to the gate to get theri stuff from the Overhead bins. The orthodox religious man sitting next to me just looked at me calmly and said: "You know, we are not all the same". This sentence really did it for me - to let go of being upset About other People :-) Now, when I start getting irritated this sentence is coming back to me and I realize it is not my Task in this life to Judge others and get entangled in what they are doing ;-)
