Chi sono
Hello everyone,
my name is Stephan. I´m from the city of Goslar in the Harz-Mountains in the north of Germany. A perfect area for Mountainbike, Motorcycle, Skiing or Hiking.
I also do most of it but I prefer two wheels, with or without an engine, I love both ways to move - four wheels move your body, 2 wheels move your soul...
...Non-Smoker....not gay and don´t like ons...
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
I heard about couchsurfing from some friends and they are very happy with this. And because I´m always interested to meet new people in other countries I´m here :)
On my journeys I always used Hotels or Bed an Breakfast. But I realized that it´s much more interesting to meet locals because people who are living at these places often know the best storys, hystorie and where to go at these places. This is what makes courchsurfing exciting for me.
Interessi
A good day starts with a good coffee (I´m totaly lost in good coffee), sitting outside with sunshine in the morning. The best end for a day is to sit with friends at somebodys home, in a pub or at one of the lakes near my hometown, have some pizza, drinks and a good conversation about things everybody loves. And...Cheesecake! The best one is my selfmade one, that´s what my "test eaters" told me :)
Riding and fixing motor- and bicycles is my big passion. After work a short trip to the mountains by bicycle or a longer one by motorcycle to England, Atlantic Coast of France or Italy or on a racetrack, everything is exciting on it´s way and I love it.

Musica, film e libri
I like most kind of music. Metal, Indie, Pop....Bands like Metallica, U2, Deep Purple, The Prodigy, Music from the 80s and 90s...
My most favorite movies are movies like Trainspotting, The Cannonball run, 300, Wallace and Gromit and, of course, Monthy Python. But most time I´m watching documentarys about foreign countrys and the people who are living there. But most time
Books....it´s difficult because I´m always short in time. Most of my books are historic novels and tourgides for travelling.
Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
One of the most amazing things I´ve done was to watch the northern lights in Finland :)
Another one is living and working for one year in Budapest, a fantastic city with nice people...
Meeting a guy in the middle of Wales on my last trip who was playing Billard with Lemmy Kilmister in Blackburn in the 80´s
Insegna, impara, condividi
I can share a lot of life experience, about living, motorcycle trips. I can offer help at technical problems with 2 wheel vehicles because I have a small service station at home.
Cheesecake...
