ABOUT ME
What's to say here?
Describing yourself is always pretty hard, but I'll give it a try: I would describe myself as open-minded and very joyful person who is always in for interesting conversations or new ways of thinking (characteristics which probably go for 95% of the people who register on CS). Other people mostly describe me as 'smiley face', as most of the times I start the day smiling and try not to lose that smile. I am also that kind of person who stumbles from one point to the next in his life without planning too much. So far it worked out pretty well :D
Born and raised in Baden-Baden, a lovely town mainly inhabited by people above 60, I felt the urge to see more of the world after I finished my finals in highschool. I then did my Bachelor in Heidelberg, a city I initially fell in love with. However, I got a bit bored after two years and again wanted to see another place. I did my Master in Stockholm where I had two wonderful years. Yet again, I didn't really feel home. So the search for my city continues...
PHILOSOPHY
Try to take everything with a smile: happiness is a matter of attitude :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I gradually started with couchsurfing. When my sister was in New Zealand (I was 17 at that point), she told me all those awesome stories about couchsurfing. After I moved to Stockholm, I figured that this is the perfect city to try out the concept, so I hosted quite some people in the summer. It was truly amazing, and I still have contact to some of them. What an awesome idea :) Strangers are friends you just haven't met yet ;)
