HI,
I was born in Austria and lived there almost all of my life. I spend a bit more than a year in the US as an au pair 10 years ago and a summer in Berlin in 2016. I moved to Hamburg for my Master studies in 2017. Currently, I live in Sydney until June 2019. After that I will travel to NZ and Vietnam before I return to Hamburg in fall 2019. I have studied Health Care and Sociology so far. I love hiking and the outdoors and I am a passionate traveller. I live life to the fullest and love hanging out with friends and pursuing new goals and adventures. Always great to meet inspiring ppl, who are maybe a bit different. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well firstly, like a said, I travel a lot. Lots of my travels are done solo. And couchsurfing is a super way to explore the world. I don't always wanna do the usual touristy stuff in a new place. I want to meet locals and learn their customs. I'd like to return the favor to show surfers Hamburg or Austria or hang out wherever I am currently staying. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Ever read the book thief or the kite runner or the last days of rabbit hayes? Just love to read and always like some recommendation for a new book! Also like urban fantasies.
Music: wow. where to start - well, I go to a lot of concerts & festivals (Ed Sheeran, Beyoncé, Macklemore, 30STM, Elton John, Mariah Carey, Cher & Michael Bublé coming up, ...). But I also like Adele, Hurts, Mando Diao, London Grammar, Emily Sande, Alicia Keys, Celine Dion, Vollbeat, Imagine Dragons, Whitney Houston, Latin music, etc.
Just saw Captain Fantastic - a must see!! Can also recommend highly 'a private war' (saw that one at the TIFF in 2018).
