About Me

Hello everyone ! I'm Steph, 20 yo. I'm both French and English with a Romanian family too. I just loooove traveling.

Nature lover, I like discovering new places, landscapes, cities and new people. I believe that new cultures have a way to enrich us and that travelling is essential to the spirit.

I am very friendly and tidy. I never want to bother anyone and it pleases me to do as I've been asked. I always respect what is given to me and people around me. I'm also open minded and like to discuss freely with people, without any tabous !

I love spending evenings in pubs with friends and good music. I'm the good living type, enjoying simple things in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be able to visit new places, new people and discover new cultures. Staying in a hotel does not interest me. I want to be able to live the experience fully, as if I were an inhabitant, not a foreigner.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very open minded when it comes to music. I'm always super glad to discover new sorts of music so don't be shy to share! Unfortunately I don't play any instrument.

I don't have the most developped knowledge on films but I enjoy discovering new films. Oh but I'm a great Potter head !

When it comes to reading, I usually ask my friends if they’d recommend me some books to read. So far I’ve never been disappointed!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I went to Ireland on my own and it was the first time I was traveling alone. Some people asked me if I was scared to do so and the answer was yes, I was. But fear is ok. And I'm glad and proud I went.

Recently I was given the chance to go to the other side of our Blue planet. Asia was full of surprises and I could not be more thankful to the people who shared their culture with me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Please make me discover new things about the city you live in, your culture or one of your passions. I'll share my passions as most as possible! I love making people discover Lyon and I tend to believe that I'm a good guide around the place.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like discussing upon many different subjects with people. I can share my baking skills (apparently my chocolate cakes are veeeeery good).

It seems normal to me to offer shelter to anyone who hosts me or that needs a place to crash. I'd be happy to make anyone discover my beautiful city of Lyon :)

If you want me to host you, please mention the fact that you're not allergic to cats in the message you send me!
