To meet new people/locals of places I'll be traveling to. To help get out of my comfort zone. The more I research on here, the more excited I get. Nobody in my current circle of friends/family/coworkers have traveled much at all nor understands my desire to do so. I'm excited to meet new people and friends and have people to share stories with.

I'm Stephanie. My friends call me Steph. I grew up in Illinois, but have lived in Tennessee now 20 years. I currently live in a small rural town in west TN. The 20 acres and quarter mile long driveway gives me peace. I love the space and looking up at the sky. I have 2 of 4 kids that are finishing high school here. The other two have already moved out. I've been a wife twice. The first time we won't discuss. My second husband was my best friend. He helped me find ME again and re-lit my fire for travel. We returned from a 2week trip to Germany and Switzerland ONLY 4 DAYS before he died of cancer.

Since then, all I want to do is travel! I plan every vacation day, sick day, Holiday pay, and weekend to the max and spread throughout the year. I decided to hold off on any attempt at international travel a little while longer, still waiting for COVID to settle. In the mean time, I'm trying to reach a goal of going to all 50 states. As of April 2021, I've been to 38.

I'm making a plan in a few years to travel the world.

Place to sleep, shower, eat, and enjoy peace and quiet. I live in a very rural area, small town, slow paced living. There are a couple of parks nearby we can go explore. I can go with you if I don't have to work.
