I am a friendly and outgoing post-grad student looking to explore more of this beautiful world. I caught the travel bug for real in 2016 during my study abroad venture to Australia. Since then, I have been very very sick ;) I come from a big family, so I am used to being crammed into small spaces, but I also have been raised to be very considerate of other people's belongings and space! I love to laugh, am very easygoing, and absolutely love to meet new people. I would be honored and so very grateful to be offered a space to sleep for a night or two during my upcoming adventures. (I have not verified my account yet, due to not wanting to spend the money yet, but plan on verifying before I leave for my trip).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One word....Student. I would not be able to afford traveling basically anywhere in the world unless it were for amazing and welcoming people like yourselves. Like most of you, we love to travel, and due to this passion, we desire to fuel other people's passions by opening our homes to them. I currently, am unable to open my home as I am living with my parents until I begin graduate school. That being said, I look forward to the next year or so when I am able to rent my own place and welcome other couchsurfers into my home while they are on their journeys.

I also love to meet locals and experience places off the beaten path that you might not find in the bigger cities or by sticking to the tourist trails.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all sorts of music. For movies, I prefer comedies and some dramas. I also love to pass up on the movies and spend time exploring! I love to be on the move, but also love a nice quiet night as well. As far as books go, I love to read spiritual books about my faith as well as biographies, health and wellness books, and the everyday classics!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once tried out for Disney channel... I also have scuba dived the Great Barrier Reef and hovered over it in a helicopter. I would like to skydive someday! (Although I am terribly afraid of heights)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about other cultures, languages, and local traditions. I can also play the piano if anyone would like to learn or just listen to me play!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share laughter, English instruction/practice, health/fitness instruction, help with cooking/cleaning, animal care (no snakes please), childcare, companionship, and a lifetime of friendship.
