About Me

I am a student of the Earth, lover of learning, traveler, artist, and seeker of connection. I find joy in the patterns of nature and solstice in the slowness of the wild. I’m taking steps to regain closeness with the lifestyle of my ancient ancestors and integrate those ways into the present.
I aspire to be the most full form of myself and I’m steadily pushing my edges of comfort in order to grow into this
I also love to dance! And I facilitate some ecstatic dances in Buffalo, NY

Music, Movies, and Books

I don’t watch much, but I can be up for a good documentary or something mind-bending from time to time
I love to read and am often reading non-fiction in the realms of herbal medicine, nature, spirituality, memoirs, philosophy, and anthropology
I have a pretty diverse taste in music and I love listening to new artists! Some of my favorite artist’s are those that are considered “genre-bending”, I enjoy mixes of jazz, experimental, house, electronica, ambient, funk, psych, synth, rock, hip hop, pop, R&B, drone, folk, indie, and world music

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered in Costa Rica for two weeks helping with wildlife conservation, my focus was with sea turtles. We lived in tents in the rainforest and I was blessed to be able to work so intimately with some of my favorite creatures (and possibly spirit animal)—sea turtles:)
