ABOUT ME

I love to talk, laugh, and tease. I'm always looking for adventure. I'm a warm and genuine person. I'm currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders, and I will be applying to graduate schools this year. I plan to travel more in a few years.

兴趣

I love art, many genres of music, books and cooking. I enjoy being outside, and having little adventures whenever possible. I've worked a lot with children and have always found them to be a source of inspiration and a grounding force in my life. I have a garden that I enjoy tending, a dog that is part of my family, and many friends and family that are extremely important to me.

I recently went snorkeling for the first time. After I learned to trust the breathing tube, I was so enthralled with the coral and fish below me that I completely lost track of time. When I'm really into something, I can catch on really quickly.
In 2009 I spent two weeks volunteering at the Surin Elephant Study Center in Thailand. It was a truly amazing experience. I wanted to do whatever I could to help because I fell in love with the people and elephants that I spent my time with.
