About Me

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and currently live in the city. Most of my extended family live in Malaysia/Singapore so I've traveled mainly South East Asia up until now. I have a personal interest in tiny homes, minimal living, and eating locally. I design hotels, restaurants and homes for a living, but am a very pared down, minimal person in my own life. I travel to meet new people, observe and take in new cultures, and wander cities by foot / bike. Camping and hiking is my jam. The world is too beautiful to stay just in the city. Personally I'm very organized and clean. I try to be as considerate as possible when in other's homes - its only fair!

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a hard one. I am quite forgetful and find myself watches movies and books I've already seen over again! I do love a good design book though. I'm very much a visual learner.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing!?

Getting very ill on my first backpacking trip to India at 19, but somehow managing to wake up at 4:30am to see the Taj Mahal - and watching the sunrise while having the space all to myself. It something you'll never forget.

But also: seeing the sunset on the Ganges River in Varanassi, India. Traveling Turkey for a month and meeting some of the kindest, humblest people along the way. Learning to scuba dive in Thailand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not the worlds best cook but I do love making food for others!
