About Me

UCLA graduate

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first Air BNB experience was a huge mansion filled with travelers and I loved it, but then my next reservations were pretty quiet and I missed being around other people that I could chill and wind down with after a long day of being outside doing touristy stuff haha. TBH, as a college student, the inexpensiveness is pretty attractive, but I also love the social aspect that Couchsurfing has to offer. Please host me!

Interests

Playing volleyball, American flag football, watching thrillers and documentaries, trying new things, finding new music, hiking, I'm a photography noob, lifting, trying new restaurants, eating new types of food

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 27 days in the South of the United States just to get yelled at for training purposes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the basics I know of Korean language and culture. My parents came from Korea, but I was born and raised in California so whatever they taught me at home is all I know.

I want to learn anything and everything! When I was 18 and left my hometown to go to college, I was surprised that people had different area codes to their phone numbers because all I knew was my hometown. My parents were too busy working to travel outside so I never really got to. Now I'm 22 and I have an entire world to learn.

I can share my countless number of experiences and stories. What's great is that I always learned something from my experiences so they're not just funny stories (although, I have some of those too).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am an open book, so I'd love to share any stories or tips I've learned while in this journey called life. I can cook some basic dishes like chicken, veggies, and rice (lol) and when that fails, we can go out to get some good Korean food.

I consider myself a hygienic, clean, and considerate person so you won't have to worry about messes. I actually clean to let off some steam if I'm stressed/bored, so I guess if you wanted me to I could offer my cleaning services LOL.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, China, Japan, South Korea
