I am a pretty easy going person and get along with others well. I can be a bit shy until I get to know someone but I am working on that. I love learning new things and meeting new people. I have an eclectic collection of hobbies and that list is always growing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had the chance to both host and surf and loved both experiences and hope to continue doing both! I also would love to just meet up and show you around or hang out if your only in town for a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had an awesome time couch surfing in Ireland, the Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, Scotland and some places around Germany as well. It is an awesome way to explore a city/country and you get to see not just the tourist spots but great local perspectives too. All of my CS hosts have really shaped my trips. I've also had a blast hosting. At home I love hosting because I get to live vicariously though other peoples travels when I can't get out and do it myself!

Intereses

music (listening, creating and teaching), reading, cooking, sailing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, rollerblading, slack lining (though Im not great), geocasching and well really anything outdoors, traveling and learning new things.

Música, películas y libros

I like most types of music to listen to and play, but right now I am mostly into funk, ska, jazz, swing and country, with a little old rock thrown in. I would have to say my favourite band right now is Five Alarm Funk. Definitely worth a listen or two! :) I love to read and am again not picky but tend to lean toward fantasy or mystery. My favourite movies are Singing in the Rain, Cool Runnings and Big Fish.

Algo increíble que he hecho

A 5 hour long intense thunderstorm in Thunder Bay. There was no rain and the air was eerily warm so I was able to watch it from a park. It was amazing to see the calm of the night being interrupted by this amazing lightning!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

As I said I love to learn new things and I would hope to be able to teach a few people things along the way (it is my profession after all ;) I love to cooking together would be fun. I have also learned quite alot about Hannover since being here so if I have time I would love to show you my city. But basically I am up to try anything and I'll share what I can.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

If I am not to busy with work I would be happy to show you around, but I would at the very least love to be able to share a nice meal or 2 together :)
