I've just moved to Bahrain from Pakistan to join my partner. There are not an awful lot of heritage-based activities to do in this relatively new Gulf state, but there is plenty of sun, sand, and turquoise sea.

I generally keep myself busy by measuring aid impact (that's the day job), strumming on my guitar, and jumping in the sea. I'm also a keen runner and an aspiring yogi.
