Hello. I love to travel and have a passion for going to weird and wonderful places. I like to explore abandoned buildings, soviet era towns and places that have a weird quirkiness to them. I enjoy anything water related and can eat cheese all day every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The most enjoyable part of my travels is when I met new people, whether they are also on a holiday or I met them in their home country. Couch surfing allows me to meet people and view their world through their eyes.

Interests

I enjoy anything outdoors especially Scuba diving, hiking, caving and camping. My true passion in life is traveling. My aim is to visit every country and I am slowly reaching my goal.

Music, Movies, and Books

I forget movies as soon as I've watched them. I'll watch it again and half way through think that it's seems familiar.
I like to read mostly autobiographies / biographies but when I'm on the beach, I like to read mostly trashy stuff as it doesn't require much brain power.
As for music, I like to listen to Triple J, an Australian independent music station as they focus on up and coming artists. I don't like rap or anything that is derogatory towards women.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, I climbed Acatanango Volcano in Guatemala. At nearly 4000 m, it was the hardest thing I have done, both mentally and physically. The altitude really made this a huge challenge but seeing a neighbouring volcano erupt molten lava and ash during the night made it one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had.

Hmmmm, I don't really have any special talents or skills. I'm kind of like a 'Jill of all trades'. I'm average at most things. I can plan an awesome holiday for you and I'm an okay cook.
