Hi, I'm Steph!

I've been living abroad for the last 5 years since graduating uni in the UK. I've been mostly based in Chiang Mai and Portugal over that time, and had the opportunity to travel to some other countries in between :)

I have been doing a mix of travel, work, freelancing, and volunteering so that I can stay on the road and keep experiencing new places. I usually prefer slow travel, to stay in one place a little while so that I can settle a bit, make new friends and really immerse myself in the culture. I solo-travel all the time as I love the freedom I have and how easy it is to meet new people.

I'm a pretty laid back, go with the flow kind of person :) I like to go with the wind and see what life has to bring for me. I practice meditation regularly and love yoga when I'm not too lazy to do it!

At the moment I'm teaching English online to support my travels.

I really appreciate the simple things in life; good company, being in nature, hanging out with friends. I don't need much to keep me entertained :)

I trained as a yoga instructor years ago (but don't really teach) and I would love to start teaching mindfulness in the future. It's something I practice a lot and has changed my life so much!
